Job description ## Physiotherapist (50 - 100 % or by agreement) with additional function Deputy Head of Physiotherapy For our interdisciplinary practice for spinal medicine with surgeons, neurologists, pain specialists and physiotherapists in a central location near Zürich HB, we are looking for a committed and qualified physiotherapist with interest in the deputy management function, available immediately or by agreement. Our practice is an external branch of Spital Zollikerberg and benefits from its established benefit system. Your tasks • Independent physiotherapeutic treatment of patients with a focus on spinal and musculoskeletal complaints • Planning, implementation and documentation of evidence-based therapies • Close interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and other specialist disciplines • Deputy Head of Physiotherapy • Support for the management in organizational, technical and administrative matters • Participation in the further development of treatment processes, quality standards and internal procedures Your profile • Completed training as a physiotherapist (BSc/MSc or equivalent, recognized by SRK) • Professional experience in the musculoskeletal/orthopedic field is an advantage • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration in the field of spinal medicine • Enjoyment of responsibility - leadership experience is a plus, but not required • License to practice as a healthcare professional in the canton of Zürich or meeting the requirements for this • Structured, responsible and team-oriented work • Initiative and willingness to contribute to the development of the practice We offer • A varied and diverse job in a specialized, interdisciplinary practice • Central location in Zürich with excellent accessibility • Employment 50 - 100 % or by agreement • Attractive employment conditions including the benefit system of Spital Zollikerberg • Colleagues with high expertise who are also happy to share their knowledge • Short communication channels - the prescribing doctors are often just one door away and can provide prompt assistance in case of questions • Opportunities for development in technical and organizational terms • Opportunities for participation as Deputy Head of Physiotherapy • A collegial, motivated team with flat hierarchies Have we sparked your interest?
