For our valued customer located in Zürich, we are looking for several HR Assistant (100%) # Employment: 100% Location: Zürich Industry: General services Publication date: 04.08.2026 Your tasks: • You create job references and other HR documents carefully and in a timely manner • You support personnel administration along the entire Employee Life Cycle • You process time management and maintain personnel data in the HR systems • You take over general administrative activities such as correspondence, entries and exits, as well as contract mutations • You are available to employees and managers as a competent contact person for administrative HR questions • You work closely with the internal HR specialist departments and support the optimization of HR processes What you bring with you: • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification • Professional experience in HR administration is mandatory • Experience in creating job references as well as in processing time management • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Confident handling of common MS Office programs • Independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as a high orientation to service What you may expect: • Exciting, fixed-term assignment of at least 6 months with the option of permanent employment • Modern workplace in the center of Zürich • Flexible office working hours • Possibility for home office after the induction period (approx. 1 day per week) • Varied activity in a professional HR environment with diverse tasks.
