With immediate effect or by arrangement, we are looking for you to join our team as a committed Head of Finance and Controlling Tasks ## • Together with two employees, you are responsible for the finance and controlling for our service department, from budgeting to reporting to the annual financial statements. • You design, manage, and coordinate the financial budget planning process and controlling, and bear responsibility for the financial statements according to HRM2. • As a contact person, you support the management team in financial matters and undertake personnel cost planning together with our Head of HR. • You participate in or lead projects of strategic importance. • You represent us in departmental or municipal committees in the field of finance. Profile ## • You have completed higher tertiary education in business administration or you have completed further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma. • You have several years of experience in SAP FICO and are proficient with common IT tools. • You are well-versed in administrative activities, ideally in public financial law. • Your quick comprehension and your joy in designing/shaping will be well-utilized in this function. • You possess very good oral and written communication skills and work in an results-oriented manner with a high standard of quality. • You are a service-oriented and dynamic personality with a pinch of humor.
