Tasks You carry out the planned nursing and care tasks independently and safely and assist in the care of residents in crisis situations. You report observations, report objectively, and document completely and understandably. You assist with activating, reactivating, and maintaining therapeutic nursing and care tasks and know the care- and care-relevant needs and wishes of the residents and their relatives. You supervise our apprentices during the entire apprenticeship period together with the full-time vocational trainers as well as the vocational training managers.
