Social Pedagogue

Der Altenhof is an offering of the Institution Obstgarten and belongs to the Stiftung Zürcher Kinder- und Jugendheime. In the social-pedagogical residential group, eight young women between the ages of 15 and 19 live. The main goal is the development of age-appropriate competencies in the area of daily life management. Der Altenhof is a fully supervised residential offering - the six-member team promotes and accompanies the young women 365 days a year.

For the pedagogical team, we are looking for as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement

a Social Pedagogue 75% ##

Your tasks

• Social-pedagogical accompaniment of all youths in everyday life including key worker work
• Networking work with all involved specialists and parents
• Accompaniment of household management and support with homework and in administrative tasks
• Planning and implementation of leisure activities
• Accompaniment of the youths to external appointments
• File management (reports, team journal, protocols, etc.)
• Design and collaboration within the social-pedagogical team

Your profile

• Training in Social Pedagogy/Social Work HF or FH
• Professional experience in social-pedagogical residential youth work is an advantage
• Understanding and humor for youth-typical topics
• Enjoyment of networked or systemic work
• Readiness for irregular working hours (night and weekend shifts)
• Competent and trustworthy appearance as well as clear manner of expression
