Job Description
Active approach of customers in the sales environment
Consulting and managing the sales stand at the place of deployment with products in the tobacco and vape sector
Ensuring a professional and positive presentation and implementation of sales activities according to the brand specifications
Proactive, independent and reliable way of working
Needs assessment among consumers
High level of personal responsibility in active sales and in customer approach
Compliance with quality and compliance guidelines
Flexible deployment planning at different sales locations
Desired Profile
A confident, open and communicative appearance towards customers is expected
Flexibility regarding deployment locations within the deployment planning required
Well-groomed, professional and convincing appearance
Teamwork skills, empathy and high social competence
Flexibility and enjoyment of a dynamic environment
Interest in innovation, technology and premium products
You are a minimum of 21 years old
Are mobile and have your own car and driver's license
You speak German and English fluently
The working hours are between 08:00-20:00
