Your tasks

• You take over the organization and leadership of the care team at night and ensure a motivated, well-functioning team through appreciative leadership and clear personnel deployment.
• You are the first point of contact for the concerns of your team and create a trusting atmosphere through open, respectful communication.
• You actively network with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible support for our residents.
• You contribute your experience in complex tasks and help to continuously develop processes and workflows.
• You ensure compliance with the house rules and conduct confident (conflict) conversations with the residents, always with the goal of finding constructive solutions.
• You work closely with social workers and psychologists in an interdisciplinary case team.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training with EFZ, completion of a professional examination (BP) as well as further training in the field of leadership or the readiness to complete it (e.g., CAS Leadership or leadership course)
• At least two years of experience in a leading function, preferably in a care environment
• Very good German skills (at least level C1) in speaking and writing as well as proficient use of MS Office applications
• Readiness to work on weekends and evenings
• Empathy, agility, teamwork, and a pronounced understanding of conflict situations characterize you. You also keep a cool head and act professionally in demanding situations.
