YOUR TASKS: You will take on a central role in the project management and scenography of a significant new museum project. In doing so, you will co-plan the respective work phases, manage meetings, coordinate internal and external project participants, ensure that decisions are made and next steps are recorded, and act as an important interface to the client throughout all project phases. At the same time, you will work actively on the scenographic content and its design implementation within our creative team and in cooperation with specialist planners. WE OFFER you the opportunity to participate in a significant museum project from the beginning in our interdisciplinary team with flat hierarchies and to create biographical notes together. WE ARE LOOKING for our office in Zürich immediately or by arrangement for a: motivated team player with the following profile: • Completed university degree in architecture / interior architecture or proven corresponding experience from the field of scenography. • At least 3 years of professional experience, also with project management tasks. • Very good communication and organizational skills. • Ability to formulate complex ideas simply, represent them convincingly in strong images, and present them successfully. • Precise, structured, efficient, and goal-oriented way of working. High personal responsibility as well as resilience even in demanding project phases. • Professional use of Vectorworks and the common Adobe and Office programs. • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
