Technical Allrounder

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated personality for the Prime Tower area in Zürich, starting immediately or by arrangement. What you can achieve with us. You will look after 4 different buildings of a demanding client assignment in shift operation. Your area of responsibility includes the following activities: • Taking over all infrastructural tasks (e.g., outdoor work, winter service, exterior cleaning) • General caretaker tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs) • Carrying out minor repairs • Logistics work • Inspection rounds • Disposal, providing containers <br /> What defines you. You describe yourself as a service provider from the bottom of your heart. Positive feedback on your performance motivates you and spurs you on to further top performance. You also bring with you: • Completed basic training is an advantage (building cleaning with experience as a caretaker or property supervisor) • Readiness for shift work (Mo-Su) • Good German skills in speaking and writing • Good IT user skills • Driver's license Cat.
