We are looking for YOU as an engaged "third" of our top team in job sharing as an Allrounder on the telephone (30%-40%) in Zürich or Zug plus substitution Your team organizes itself. i.e. you arrange your duty schedule and your holiday wishes with your 2 group colleagues. The duty schedules are usually fixed for at least 6 months. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00h to 17.30h with a lunch break. Your tasks You receive incoming telephone calls for our customers and charmingly forward them according to customer wishes Additional tasks such as agenda management or customer correspondence round off this non-everyday allrounder position Your profile You have a commercial flair and your native language is mandatory Swiss German («es bizzeli» ösisch and English would be super) You have good MS Office skills You have your heart in the right place, are an uncomplicated cheerful person and an absolute team player Your working environment In lovingly furnished private offices in a prime and central location, you manage your working day independently You are in active exchange with your colleagues from other groups and spend - if you like - a funny and cozy lunch in the team. Otherwise, you take a lunch break in the fresh air Your hourly wage is between 25.-- CHF and 30.-- CHF and depends on your profile and your experience.
