For the Tertianum Residenz Segeten in Zürich, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Cook EFZ 80-100% Your tasks • Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all types of food according to the menu plan and special requests • Responsible for regeneration, finishing, and assembly of meals • Co-responsible for efficient inventory management • Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines • Proper and professional organization of work within the kitchen service • Co-responsibility for controlling management as well as quality management Your profile • Training as a Cook EFZ with professional experience • Many years of experience in the area of hot and cold kitchen, finishing/regeneration and assembly of meals • Professional and independent working attitude • Flair for plating and decorating food • Knowledge of à La Carte cuisine • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
