Would you like to commit yourself to our nursing team for the nursing residential groups starting from December 1, 2026, or by arrangement? Tasks You are responsible for the training processes of apprentices and students from recruitment to the completion of vocational training, in close cooperation with the vocational trainers in the residential groups. You help to continuously monitor and further develop the quality of vocational training. You conduct internal training for interns, apprentices, and students and participate in public relations work. You actively support the continuous review of the quality of vocational training and work on the further development of operational training plans and concepts. Together with nursing leaders, vocational trainers, and existing staff, you help ensure learning-promoting training structures in the departments and residential areas and coach the vocational trainers in their area. Profile Several years of experience in vocational training as well as in the development and implementation of training strategies Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH with several years of professional experience and SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad Vocational pedagogical training, such as the federal vocational trainer certificate (Fachausweis eidg.
