Application Manager: Medical Informatics Systems 80-100%

In this versatile role, you will contribute significantly to optimizing daily work in the clinics by translating medical requirements into technical solutions and further developing the clinical information system. Your commitment ensures that medical professionals are sustainably relieved and that modern, reliable IT solutions are successfully anchored in hospital operations. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • As a member of the agile KIS team, you will work together with the Product Owner and the Team Coach to translate requirements from the clinics into technical specifications • You submit these specifications to the development partner, monitor the implementation, and perform functional tests before they are used productively in the clinic • You model the medical processes in the clinical information system (KISIM) and develop implementation concepts • You participate in the operation of the KISIM in the form of helpdesk and on-call service Your profile • You have nursing training or a completed degree in medical informatics or health informatics or equivalent (medical studies etc.) • You have already worked with medical informatics systems or have extensive IT experience in a comparable environment, with corresponding training and/or further education • You are familiar with hospital processes and their IT implementations • The clinical systems KISIM or Epic are already known to you • You have experience in project management • Lean-Agile, SAFe, and PI-Planning are not foreign terms to you • Good German and English skills in speaking and writing round off your profile Our benefits We look forward to your application Daniel Buschor Recruiting About the USZ The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
