Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann, Schwerpunkt Orthopädie (a) 80-100% YOUR AREA OF EFFECT • Needs- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner physicians and an interprofessional team. YOUR TASKS • Competent and individual care of our patients taking into account our nursing mission statement, as well as independent implementation of the diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the physician • Recognition and mastery of emergency situations as well as initiation of adequate measures until the arrival of the physician • Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation as well as information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility • Introduction and supervision of new employees, trainees, and students REQUIRED EDUCATION • Completed training as a Dipl.
