Implementation of demanding enterprise projects for national and international customers Analysis of existing IT infrastructures and identification of optimization potential Development and implementation of modern system and network architectures – Technical support for sales (expertise, feasibility studies, offers) Conducting technical analyses during malfunctions (2nd Level) Support and continuous further development of customer solutions Assumption of on-call services (Pikettdienst) Application of the latest findings from research and development as well as their testing in practice Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners Active co-design of the further development of our ICT area What defines you. Completed vocational training in the IT area Further education at HF, FH, or university level (e.g., computer science, business informatics) At least 10 years of professional experience in a service-oriented IT environment with external customers – Independent, responsible, and communicative personality Solution-oriented, analytical, and systematic way of working Several years of experience with network, security, SaaS, virtualization, UCC, as well as Session Border Controller solutions Team-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills Experience in the implementation of complex IT projects Manufacturer certifications (e.g., Alcatel-Lucent, AudioCodes, Enterprise, New Voice, Microsoft, Freshworks) are an advantage Very good German skills; good English skills in speaking & writing What we offer you.
