Cook 50–100% – Korean and Asian cuisine

Restaurant Misoga in Zurich is looking for a cook for Korean and Asian cuisine.

Workload: 50–100%. Permanent employment. Start by agreement. Workplace: Drahtzugstrasse 5, 8008 Zurich, Switzerland.

Your work:

• prepare Korean and Asian dishes for lunch and dinner service
• organise mise en place
• handle ingredients carefully
• work with the kitchen team
• follow hygiene and quality standards

Service is Monday to Saturday; Sunday is the regular closing day.

Required:

• professional restaurant kitchen experience
• ability to communicate in German OR English
• valid authorisation to work in Switzerland

Experience with Korean, Japanese or other Asian cuisine and culinary training are advantages. Korean or Chinese language skills and a vocational trainer course are additional advantages. Applications are welcome regardless of nationality.
