Facility Services Employee 80 - 100% # At the Amt für Militär und Zivilschutz, around 140 employees at the locations Zürich, Birmensdorf and Andelfingen jointly make an important contribution to the safety of the population. The Zivilschutz department in the Ausbildungszentrum in Andelfingen (AZA) is responsible for the training and further education of those liable for civil protection service in the Canton of Zürich. The Ausbildungszentrum in Andelfingen (AZA) has a versatile training infrastructure for one- or multi-day courses, operational exercises and seminars of all kinds. Our infrastructures are available to the Zivilschutz, fire departments, police, medical services, army and also civilian organizers. To complement our well-coordinated team in facility services, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks ### • General caretaker tasks, inspection rounds, disposal, cleaning work and repair orders • Provision of classrooms, theory halls, hotel rooms, underground facilities and offices for various events • Ensuring functioning and efficient operation of the infrastructure (excl. technology and operation of the training grounds) • Maintenance and upkeep work on the premises and in the classrooms • Practical training of the apprentice Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ in assigned areas Your profile ### • Completed EFZ training in the field of Betriebsunterhalt, Hauswartung or HLKSE • High customer orientation as well as enjoyment of order and cleanliness • You have good IT knowledge (MS 365) and good German skills (spoken and written) • You are willing to align working hours with course operations (early morning, late evening and on weekends) • Driver's license Cat.
