Are you looking for an exciting activity in an outpatient setting? For our Praxen team at the Europaallee location, we are looking for a committed personality starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You look after the patients in all specialist disciplines from admission to discharge.
• You work in tandem with the medical staff during consultation hours.
• You coordinate the consultation management with telephone and email service and are the contact person for internal and external referrers.
• You are co-responsible for laboratory management, pharmacy, and material management.
• You assist with minor dermato-surgical procedures in the practice OR and in the laser room.
• You take over the care and supply of patients in the Therapiestrasse.
• You perform allergological testing and therapies.

Profile ##

• Training as a med. Praxisassistent*in (MPA) EFZ or Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Several years of professional experience
• Talent for organizing a day of consultations as well as a careful way of working
• Administrative skills and proficient use of the PC applications MS Office and Kisim
• Very good German communication in spoken and written form, further foreign language skills are an advantage
• Flexibility and resilience as well as a service-oriented and patient-centered work attitude

The Ambulante Zentrum of the Stadtspital Zürich at Europaallee is the newest location of the Stadtspital Zürich, oriented towards outpatient medicine. On the ground floor is a multifunctional operating wing with two OR rooms and a spacious day clinic. On the first floor, in the practices, we operate a state-of-the-art floor with an interdisciplinary consultation offering. In addition to the Institut der Dermatologie und der Venerologie, the medical disciplines Ophthalmology, Gynecology, Hand Surgery, Urology, Proctology, General Surgery and Nutritional Counseling offer consultations. Likewise, the area includes a Therapiestrasse, a practice OR, laser treatments, and allergological diagnostics.
