For our HR department, we are looking for an HR Specialist 100% as of 01 February 2027.

Tasks

• You are responsible for the entire recruitment process for employees and management up to the level of division and department management.
• You manage time and absence management including the processing of accident and illness cases and take over case management for long-term absences.
• You are responsible from an HR perspective for the processes for education management and work certificates.
• You maintain the organizational management and are responsible for various reportings, evaluations, and lists.
• You are the contact person and advise employees and management in the responsible topics and processes.

Profile

• Commercial training with additional training in HR (HR specialist with federal diploma)
• Proven specialist competence and practical experience in the field of HR, knowledge in the HR of a public administration preferred
• Proven IT user knowledge (MS-Office 365 and preferably SAP)
• Integrated, trustworthy personality with high social and advisory competence, good communication skills and team spirit
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
