Have you recently completed your KV apprenticeship or graduated with the Matura and want to gain your first professional experience? For our client, a large and renowned health insurance company in Zürich or Winterthur, we are looking for several Contract Management Clerks (m/f) immediately or by arrangement. The assignment is temporarily limited until 31 December 2026. Tasks You process contract mutations (e.g., new contracts, mutations, changes) Professional and customer-oriented processing of emails and written correspondence is no problem for you Assumption of general administrative activities in daily business You answer telephone and written questions from customers in a friendly and correct manner Ensuring careful, timely and qualitatively flawless processing of incoming inquiries Qualifications Recently completed commercial training, Matura or a comparable qualification Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
