Social Worker with Job Coaching Profile 50% - 80%

Die Marktlücke GmbH is a support offering for the social and professional integration of unemployed women. At two locations, we offer supported jobs in sales, gastronomy, workshop, and administration - with the goal that our participants regain their footing in working life within two years. Our specialist staff handles the agogic coaching, and you handle the psychosocial counseling. This includes training with certificates, German language support according to the Fide principle, health promotion, individual job coaching, and three months of follow-up support in the new job.

Your tasks - Social Counseling 50%

• Case management, suitability assessment, and resource survey: You maintain an overview of the personal and professional situation of the workshop participants
• Triage for family and migration issues, support in everyday administration
• Initiate, coordinate, and continuously accompany educational and health promotion measures
• Close cooperation with the workshop's agogic team, the social centers, partner projects, and other contact persons

Your tasks - Job Coaching 30%

• Conducting internal, individual application coaching with the participants
• 1:1 support in job searching
• Networking with integration-ready partners from the private sector

What you bring with you

• University of Applied Sciences degree in Social Work and professional experience as a social worker and job coach
• Practice in exchange with offices and authorities (social assistance, IV) as well as in the migration sector
• Experience in counseling women in challenging situations
• Entrepreneurial thinking: We are a small GmbH where everyone thinks along and helps shape things
• Independence, initiative, flexibility - and a good dose of humor
• High social competence, resilience, as well as enjoyment of teamwork and professional exchange
