B is an advantage Field of activity \- Garden care and garden maintenance in private gardens and properties - Green space maintenance in park areas - Maintenance cleaning of stairwells - Inspection and maintenance of building technical systems - Communication and scheduling with external craftsmen - Winter service - Minor repair work
