About the job In the management in Zürich, we have a 6-month internship with a view to permanent employment to offer You will gain practical experience in the following areas: Customer area: You support the personal advisors for our international and national parents. You help to determine the individual needs of the parents and find the optimal childcare solution! You support the capacity management of your facilities, conducting it based on the defined target capacity rates You are the contact person for the employees of our corporate clients and take over the Key Account Management Marketing area: You are responsible for all marketing (advertisements, trade fairs, online advertising, flyers, …) in your region. The occasions range from new openings, anniversaries, or summer promotions and are linked to sales targets In your communication, at events, and in your daily work, you know and live the globegarden concept through and through. You support the areas of central marketing, press relations, and communication for the acquisition of new parents If necessary, you will be deployed for further projects across the organization and are enthusiastic and flexible Accounting area: You are the interface to the accounting department for all parental invoices and launch these independently via the system. You bill the subsidized places of the facilities assigned to you. Your qualifications: You are a sales talent and enjoy advising parents and companies! You are currently studying (Bachelor/Master) or have already completed it with a good grade point average You are not afraid to call new or unknown customers. You love advisory consultations, view complaint discussions as a challenge, and are confident in closing during contract negotiations You are highly motivated and do not delegate tasks, but rather roll up your sleeves! You possess a high degree of responsibility, independence, teamwork, and commitment You are resilient and stress-resistant. You love and live the team spirit and thrive in a fast, dynamic growth atmosphere! You bring very good oral and written communication skills in German and English (further languages an advantage).
