The Clinic for Vascular Surgery at Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the leading vascular surgery centers in Switzerland. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Your area of responsibility In this key role, you will ensure internal medicine expertise within our vascular surgery clinic: • Inpatient care: Internal medical support and optimization of our inpatient patients • Preoperative diagnostics: Carrying out outpatient assessments to ensure surgical fitness • Clinical assessment: Structured collection of findings as well as their complete documentation • Interdisciplinary interface: Close cooperation with the departments of cardiology, nephrology, and internal medicine • Quality assurance: Optional participation in interdisciplinary case discussions   Your profile • Qualification: Specialist title in Internal Medicine, Cardiology with interest in vascular medicine or an equivalent qualification • Expertise: Sound experience in vascular and cardiological ultrasound diagnostics • Working style: You work precisely, structured, and like to take on responsibility • Soft Skills: High patient orientation as well as strong enjoyment of vascular medicine and interdisciplinary teamwork • Languages: German language skills at C1 level (business fluent) Our benefits • Work-Life-Balance: Predictable working hours without shift or emergency services (preferably at least Mon-Fri mornings), which can be excellently combined with childcare or other obligations • Environment: A demanding diagnostic activity in a university reference center with academic development opportunities • Culture: Careful induction in a collegial, appreciative team • Development: Modern infrastructure as well as optional opportunities for internal training and participation in shaping quality processes About the USZ Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz.
