Senior Jurist (80% - 100%) The SVK is employed by the contracting parties of the Landesmantelvertrag für das Schweizerische Bauhauptgewerbe (LMV) during the respective contract duration. Its goal is to ensure effective, efficient, and competent enforcement of the LMV on a nationwide Swiss level. The SVK office in Zürich deals daily with various topics related to the enforcement of the LMV. It is responsible for the coordination and support of the local Paritätische Berufskommissionen and the general interpretation of the LMV. It also undertakes the work for the office of the Schweizerische Paritätische Kommission Gleisbau (SPK Gleisbau) and supports the Paritätische Berufskommission Untertagbau (PK-UT). As part of a future-oriented orientation, we are looking for a professionally and personally convincing personality as Senior Jurist (80% - 100%) Your area of responsibility Processing and handling of legal cases in the legal department of the SVK and the SPK Gleisbau, as well as conducting legal clarifications in the field of collective labor law (labor law, GAV); Substantive and content-related support in the preparation of commission meetings of the SVK and SPK Gleisbau as well as working groups, project, and other specialist meetings; Participation in meetings of the SVK and the SPK Gleisbau (including minute-taking); Responsibility for business controls, case intake, and dossier maintenance of the cases of the SVK and the SPK Gleisbau (both substantively and administratively); Creation and execution of presentations (D and F); drafting internal and external communications, statements, and publications; Participation in internal and external projects and working groups. Your profile You have completed legal training. You work independently, accurately, and reliably. As a person, you are loyal, flexible, and discreet. As a service-oriented personality, you value contact with internal and external contact persons and are a team player. You have a quick grasp, a structured way of working, and good organizational skills. Stylistically confident German and very good French skills, preferably with Italian language skills, round off your profile.
