tasks

• you take responsibility for the planning as well as realization of demanding construction projects
• in doing so, you lead and coordinate internal and external project participants
• as a general project manager, you coordinate and control the ongoing construction projects and are in close contact with the clients
• likewise, you ensure cost- as well as schedule- and quality-compliant construction management, from order to completion, and always ensure compliance with contracts and laws
• furthermore, you take over project management, project controlling, and contract negotiations
• you also lead meetings, lead project teams, and actively participate in the operative further development of the company
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have training in the main construction trade as well as further training as an architect, engineer, construction manager / construction technician or equivalent (w/m/d)
• likewise, you can demonstrate professional experience in the function of construction project manager and are very familiar with the SIA standards as well as Swiss construction legislation
