As part of a long-term project with one of our customers, an energy supplier in the Zürich area, we are looking for a

Network Services Planning Employee (100%)

In day-to-day operations, you manage the planning sub-process: order receipt, administration, and coordination of realization.

Your Task

You are the binding interface between customer inquiries and the internal execution teams.

• Independent processing of business cases and orders in the planning sub-process
• Processing and administration of the email inbox as well as order opening
• Notification, appointment scheduling, and coordination of customer appointments
• Allocation of orders to the internal realization resources in the specialist systems
• Contact person for employees regarding the assigned orders and business cases

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as Kaufmann/Kauffrau EFZ or as Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ, Elektroplaner/in EFZ, or Telematiker/in EFZ
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
• Good German skills in spoken and written
• Proficient MS-Office and general PC skills
• Experience in customer contact and high service orientation
• Team-oriented, proactive, and independent; quick comprehension, networked technical thinking, precise and structured way of working
