Permanent position Health Centers for the Elderly Do you enjoy working with people? Would you like to join our technical services team for the Gesundheitszentren für das Alter Witikon and Riesbach immediately or by arrangement? Tasks You lead the Technical Services team with functional, personnel, and organizational responsibility and promote cooperation as well as a sustainable use of resources. You are responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, and repair of all technical systems – from HVAC to elevators and fire protection systems to the outdoor areas. You ensure compliance with safety regulations, take on the function as SIBE-fire protection officer, and conduct internal fire protection training. You plan and accompany technical projects, manage budgets, monitor service contracts, and coordinate external service providers. You advise residents and caregivers on technical questions, support daily operations as well as company events, and provide on-call service to make everyday life safer and more comfortable.
