YOUR TASKS In this demanding role, you are responsible for the optimal control of the performance of Klinik Hirslanden Zürich. You ensure that medical staff, intervention rooms, and bed capacities are efficiently coordinated with patient volume. In doing so, you take on a decisive role in the development of forecasting models for patient volume and seasonal trends in healthcare. Additionally, you maintain an overview of patient flows and case management to create long-term synergies. Together with the clinic management and the medical staff, you work to position the clinic's service offering in the best possible way. Furthermore, you lead interdisciplinary projects within the clinic and within the group. YOUR PROFILE • Higher vocational education in healthcare with further training in healthcare or hospital management, or higher business administration education with a corresponding portfolio of further training and experience in healthcare and hospital management • Competencies in process, quality, or project management • Several years of leadership experience in a comparable function You also score points through your analytical and conceptual skills as well as your networked thinking abilities.
