Your area of responsibility:

• Responsibility for the (3D) planning in CAD of the assigned projects
• Creation of tender and execution plans
• Detail development and construction studies
• Clarifications / meetings with planners, contractors, and authorities
• Communicative exchange and interdisciplinary cooperation

Your profile:

• Expertise in detail development and construction
• Pragmatism paired with a sensitivity for architecture
• Joy in efficiency, teamwork, and decisions
• precise and responsible way of working
• Excellent knowledge of (SIA) standards
• Several years of professional experience in Switzerland (Phases 41-53)
• Convincing German language skills in speaking and writing (at least C)
• ArchiCAD knowledge at a high level (3D)
