Social Worker or Nursing Specialist, 60-80 %

The Schutz & Prävention business unit operates the Treffpunkt City as well as the Treffpunkt für Frauen within the urban area. For both Treffpunkts, we are looking for a new team member as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement. Tasks ##   • Together with your team colleagues, you ensure an orderly everyday life in the two Treffpunkts, provide offers in the area of survival aid, and contribute to a respectful and friendly atmosphere in the Treffpunkts through professional relationship management. • When instructing our participants in job card employment, it is important to you to recognize and promote individual resources. You creatively seek ways to involve the participants in the everyday life of the Treffpunkt. • You supervise and support our clients with crisis interventions, short consultations on everyday questions, and social work casework. • You take on departmental responsibility or deputy roles (e.g., leisure activities, infrastructure and security, cash responsibility, practical instruction of Social Work students) and more. • You participate in team meetings and also in supervisions.
