The stationäre Krisenintervention Riesbach is an offering of the Stiftung Kinder- und Jugendheime. The institution offers space for a maximum of 20 children and adolescents between the ages of 7 and 16, who are placed with us in acute emergency situations and receive socio-pedagogical care in the two residential houses, Neumünsterallee and Neumünsterstrasse, which are divided by age. Furthermore, the institution has 15 internal school places. The length of stay of the clientele varies from a few days to several months. During the stay, follow-up solutions are sought in interdisciplinary cooperation with referring authorities, involved professionals, and sometimes with family members. November 2026 or by arrangement, a Social Worker 80% Area of responsibility As a team member, you care for the children and adolescents and shape everyday pedagogical life, participate in admission and status meetings, and advise requesting agencies. Within the framework of case management, you take responsibility for the contact and exchange with the referring agencies, as well as the family environment, and examine possible follow-up solutions. You work in shift operations (including weekend and on-call services) with a regular work schedule. Requirements You have completed training in social pedagogy / social work and have experience in residential work with children and adolescents. A competent, authentic, and trustworthy appearance is a condition, as is a clear way of expressing yourself. You are alert, open, a team player, uncomplicated, and have a quick grasp.
