Short & sweet Restaurant Lulu Lulu. That is the name of an opera by Alban Berg, which had its world premiere at the Opernhaus Zürich in 1937. That is why Lulu is also the name of the restaurant next to the Opernhaus. And Lulu likes it light, joyful, and delicious. The magnificent terrace, right next to the beautiful Opernhaus and above the magnificent Sechseläutenplatz, offers plenty of space for magical summer evenings as a grandiose stage. In the indoor area, a first-class managed bar and the stylish restaurant invite you to unforgettable performances of gastronomic excellence. Also part of the operation are the café on the ground floor, the canteen for the artists, and the break refreshments for the guests of the Opernhaus performances. The catering for the guests of the Bernhard-Theater is an important area of the operation. Your profile: • between 20 and 30 years young • completed training in the hospitality/hotel industry or experience in a comparable position • flexible, very resilient and reliable • in hectic moments you keep an overview - joy in work and personal responsibility • well-groomed appearance and good manners • very good English skills Your tasks: • Preparing the drinks/cocktails for the entire restaurant • Mise en place work in the restaurant/bar • Compliance and control of hygiene regulations • Control of the served drinks regarding quality and quantity • Daily assistance with goods logistics including compliance with the FIFO principle • Independent preparation of the buffet for the next working day • Various cleaning and tidying tasks Are you in?!
