Claims Business Analyst (m/f/d) 137042 | 80 - 100 % | Oerlikon, Zürich | Hybrid You actively shape the further development of our claims systems and ensure that claims system processes become simpler, more digital, and more efficient. In the Claims Business Development Team, you combine your knowledge from claims management with your IT and Guidewire experience and, together with an interdisciplinary team, develop solutions with a direct impact on benefits management. As a Claims Business Analyst, you will strengthen the Claims business unit in the area of benefits management at Zurich Schweiz and be part of the Claims Business Development Team. You analyze and optimize existing system processes, develop IT-related solutions, and are responsible for the reliable operation of our claims systems. In doing so, you accompany requirements from the idea through specification and testing to implementation and work closely with interdisciplinary teams. What awaits you * You analyze and optimize system processes in claims management and are responsible for the necessary maintenance work. * Together with the agile team, you develop functional and IT-related solution proposals for the further development of our claims systems. * You specify new system functions and user interfaces and accompany their implementation. * You define acceptance criteria, test new functions, and ensure a traceable implementation of the requirements. * You support the development team and ensure sound and structured documentation of requirements and solutions. What distinguishes you * Completed training in the insurance or IT industry. * Sound experience in claims management and/or with Guidewire. * Strong IT affinity and the ability to quickly grasp complex contexts. * Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working. * Fluent German and English skills.
