Operations Worker Operational Waste (80 - 100 %)

As part of Entsorgung + Recycling Zürich (ERZ), you will shape the future of the city of Zürich in this role. Thanks to your work, we obtain climate-friendly energy from waste and operate modern recycling.

Tasks ##

• You are responsible for collecting and loading operational waste in the city of Zürich, which is provided in containers at the roadside and in front of properties.
• You stand at the rear of a waste collection vehicle in all weather conditions, empty collection containers, and instruct your driver if necessary.
• If required, you also work in other departments of logistics.
• If required, you perform weekend and night shifts (e.g., during festivals).

Profile ##

• Reliability, impeccable interaction within the team as well as with customers, good German skills (level B1) as well as openness towards other cultures and new things
• Very good physical condition and willingness to work outside in all weather
• Flexibility during special occasions as well as during assignments in other teams of logistics
• Completed training in the manual / technical field (level EBA)
• Driver's license category B
