Your tasks ##

• You will manage a smaller portfolio of commercial properties with the support of a senior asset manager or team leader
• You will look after and advise tenants and owners and control the facility managers
• You will be responsible for ensuring, executing and accompanying maintenance as well as for periodic condition assessments including reporting
• You will develop and control the annual budget including forecasts and check and post creditors
• You will award repair and renovation contracts and monitor their execution
• You will monitor the current rent policy and advise house owners on the determination of the rent structure
• You will carry out lease changes, rent changes and indexed rent adjustments

Your profile ##

• You have a federal certificate of proficiency in real estate management or are on your way to getting one
• You have initial professional experience in the real estate industry
• Your mother tongue is German and you can ideally communicate orally and in writing in other languages
• You have a high level of social and self-competence with the ability to self-manage
• You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally and enjoy dealing with people
• You have an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies and are open to new things
• You have self-learning competence and enjoy passing on your knowledge to others
