Take on responsibility with us as: HVAC PLANNER, HVAC ENGINEER BUILDING SERVICES 80-100% - Zürich YOUR TASKS: Planning of HVAC systems for residential construction and industry Dimensioning of HVAC systems Creation of 2D drawings (AutoCAD) and 3D modeling (Revit) Creation of principle diagrams (AutoCAD) Leading construction site meetings and creating minutes Preparation of bills of quantities with Messerli NPK Monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality of the executing contractors Maintaining contacts with customers, architects, companies, and tradespeople Conducting site inspections, checking invoices, managing warranties Teamwork YOUR PROFILE: Completed training as Building Services Planner EFZ At least 3 years of professional experience in this field Ability to organize work and lead projects independently Knowledge of Swiss and European standards (SIA-EN) in the field of HVAC Confident use of CAD programs; comprehensive Office skills (especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are required Knowledge of the software Revit and the BIM environment is an advantage Interdisciplinary way of working and flexibility Native German language English skills at B1 level, further languages an advantage Become part of the AFRY success story!
