You are often the first point of contact and establish trust before treatment even begins. As a Medical Practice Assistant or Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, you work in an established clinic in Zürich with a workload of 80 to 100% and accompany patients in the outpatient area of gynecology and obstetrics through a sensitive and often very personal medical process. You ensure a smooth flow of office organization and make a significant contribution to a professional and appreciative practice routine.

This is what you can expect from this challenging task

• Organization of office hours, patient reception, appointment scheduling, and triage
• Telephone coordination with internal and external specialist offices
• Administrative and organizational tasks in the outpatient area
• Conducting laboratory work, blood sampling, and CTG
• Assistance with diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
• Ensuring the provision of materials and maintenance of medical equipment

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
• Professional experience in the gynecological or outpatient area
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Very good German language skills in word and writing
