Financial Accountant (m/f, 80–100%)

As a Financial Accountant (80–100%, immediately or by arrangement) in Zürich Wiedikon, you will take on a key role in our agile Finance Team. Here, you will not only shape numbers, but also shape the future of our company together with us.

• Manage day-to-day business including general and subsidiary ledgers (accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank and payment reconciliations) for our Swiss company and support the day-to-day business of our US company.
• Create billings to customers and assist with monthly, annual, and consolidated financial statements under Swiss law.
• Maintain and optimize our ERP system (Abacus / Microsoft Dynamics BC) to ensure its continuous scalability.
• Act as a contact person for internal and external stakeholders regarding questions on invoicing and accounts payable.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects for the continuous further development of financial processes.
• Control communication as an interface to external partners such as ERP support, authorities, and suppliers.
• Support the preparation of VAT returns, Sales and Use Tax filings for our US company, as well as the annual tax return.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in finance and accounting in a similar environment.
• Degree as Eidg. Finanzfachmann/frau in finance and accounting (or currently in corresponding training).
• Very good Excel skills as well as experience with ERP systems (Abacus / Microsoft Dynamics BC is an advantage).
• Passion for numbers, structures, and processes in an agile environment.
• Independent, exact, and reliable way of working.
• Strong team spirit and the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external partners.
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
