Project Manager Ventilation 100%

• You are responsible for the independent management of ventilation projects
• You create project design, submission and execution documents
• You calculate project and order offers for our customers and conduct independent contract negotiations
• You take over the schedule, cost and quality control during the entire project development
• You independently carry out project calculations and maintain the project documentation continuously
• You help to build and maintain customer relationships through your work

Qualifications

• You have a technical basic education in the field of building technology and several years of professional experience in building services planning with a focus on ventilation
• You bring sound CAD knowledge as well as experience in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• You have a pronounced understanding of complex systems and plants as well as technical processes and procedures
• You are communicative, customer-friendly and bring a high degree of social competence and independence
• You have a valid driver's license (at least category B)
