The legal department of the office, which operates as an independent administrative unit, supports the office management and all specialist departments in all legal matters. To bridge a maternity leave, we are looking for a lawyer (MLaw or lic. iur.) 80 - 100%, with a broad interest in public law issues, immediately or by agreement and limited to one year. Your tasks You will support the legal department in various subject areas, in particular with regard to licensing issues and supervisory procedures against medical and healthcare professionals as well as institutions, exemptions from professional secrecy, and other exciting fields. Your profile You are a reliable, initiative, communicative, and performance-oriented personality. You have several years of professional experience, ideally in public law in an administration, court, or advocacy. Your quick grasp and broad general knowledge enable you to grasp complex facts in a short time and formulate documents in an address-oriented manner. You enjoy working both independently and interdisciplinarily and networked.
