As we are growing strongly, we are looking for reinforcement for our insurance team at our headquarters at Paradeplatz in Zürich.

• You have the exciting opportunity to be in close contact with insurers, specifically in the sectors of household, vehicles, travel, and legal protection. You play an important role in new contracts and changes.
• You will increasingly become an insurance expert by analyzing insurance, clarifying coverage, and pointing out price and performance differences. Your work provides valuable information that helps our customers with important decisions.
• Furthermore, you actively support our consultants in preparing offers and ensure a smooth process.
• You take on versatile tasks in the back office and front office and enjoy contacting our customers by telephone and in writing.

What you bring with you ##

• KV training at an insurance company or experience in private insurance
• VBV qualification (insurance intermediary) or willingness to obtain it
• Joy in customer care
• Quick comprehension and solution-oriented working
• Confident communication in German; other languages are a plus
