Following tasks we can offer you ##

As Team Lead Welding- and Process Technology, you will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of your team and ensure the efficient implementation of operational tasks, projects and development initiatives. In doing so, you combine technical expertise with leadership responsibility and actively help shape the further development of the team and relevant processes.

Your tasks include in particular:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as targeted development of employees
• Planning, prioritization and capacity-based distribution of tasks and resources
• Promotion of digitalization and standardization of engineering, quality and manufacturing processes
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, safety, compliance and quality guidelines
• Systematic development of technical expertise as well as promotion and coaching of technical experts within the team.
• Processing of deviations as well as sustainable implementation of Lessons Learned
• Management of research, development and innovation projects
• Identification and implementation of product improvements and innovations
• Further development of the strategic direction of the team together with the department management
• Ensuring know-how development, documentation and knowledge transfer
• Maintenance and further development of internal guidelines in the field of process technology and impeller and rotor design
• Promotion of the continuous further development of products, processes and competencies through innovation, digitalization, standardization and sustainable improvement initiatives in close cooperation with engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchasing, projects, customers and suppliers on a local as well as global level.

With these qualifications you help us further ##

• Completed technical training or studies, ideally in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering, energy technology or a comparable specialization.
• Several years of professional experience in a technically demanding environment, ideally in process technology, design, engineering or project management.
• Initial or several years of experience in the technical and/or disciplinary leadership of employees.
• Strong leadership competence and enjoyment in promoting employees, delegating responsibility and developing a high-performance team.
• Ability to actively shape changes, provide orientation and take employees along during change processes.
• Ability to structure complex tasks, plan resources sensibly as well as set priorities and make well-founded decisions.
• High sense of quality and responsibility as well as experience in dealing with technical standards, guidelines and safety requirements.
• Good organizational skills and a strong understanding of project, schedule and cost control.
• Technical representation of the department towards international customers, partners and suppliers.
• Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking as well as interest in product improvement, innovation and continuous development.
• Strong communication and appreciative personality who also appears confidently in interdisciplinary and international teams.
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form.
