Operations Clerk Pension Fund (with specialist responsibility), 80-100% What awaits you You independently and with high quality process the diverse business cases in the area of active insured persons of our collective foundations and ensure correct, efficient and timely processing. You competently advise insured persons and employers on pension topics and support them with complex questions regarding occupational pension schemes. You independently and efficiently process demanding written and telephone inquiries from customers, thereby contributing significantly to high customer satisfaction. You actively participate in projects, contribute your own ideas and support the further development of our services and processes. Depending on commitment, interest and development, you will gradually take on personal specialist responsibility and position yourself as an internal specialist.
