For our customer in Zürich, we are looking for a motivated and upright personality as Senior Interim Manager Planning, Reporting & Controlling (m/w/d) 60% for 6 months Tasks- Independent creation and coordination of quarterly reports • Analysis of financial and performance indicators • Conducting target-actual, year-over-year, and deviation analyses • Ensuring data quality and plausibility • Supporting planning, controlling, and operational implementation of the budget process • Coordination with departments and budget responsibles • Consolidation of budgets at organizational or departmental level • Identification of risks, opportunities, and budget deviations • Taking over independent work packages in controlling • Optimizing existing reporting and planning processes • Conducting ad-hoc analyses and supporting special projects Profile- At least 8-10 years of professional experience in planning, reporting & controlling • Several years of practical experience in quarterly reporting and budgeting processes • Experience in medium-sized to large companies • Proven expertise in independently managing planning and reporting cycles • Very good knowledge of financial analysis and management reporting • Excellent Excel skills • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Abacus Personal competencies- High independence and personal responsibility • Quick grasp and ability to quickly get used to new structures • Pragmatic, implementation-oriented way of working • Strong analytical skills • High reliability and punctuality • Strong communication skills towards management and departments • Ability to deliver reliable results even with incomplete information Interested?
