Within our Avenir Services division, we develop and operate digital products that significantly simplify daily HR processes. Within the HR Software team, we are notably responsible for a work certificate creation tool, through which we help our clients – from SMEs to large international companies – to write work certificates in a professional and efficient manner.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person with good communication skills, passionate about technology and eager to evolve our certificate management tool in collaboration with our clients and our development team.

You successfully manage the implementation of our software at our clients, from project management to the configuration of our software
You support the marketing of our HR software solutions (Work Certificate Management Tool and HR HUB) through demonstrations and sales interviews in Suisse romande
You coordinate and accompany marketing and commercial actions in Suisse romande
You advise existing and potential clients on all our HR software
You actively take into account client needs and market feedback, and you help us to evolve our offerings

You master French as a native language and possess very good knowledge of German; mastery of English is an asset
