To strengthen our team, we are looking for a location in Zurich or Basel as part of a temporary deployment from immediately until probably December 2026 for a dynamic and solution-oriented personality with a high willingness to perform as Claims & Office Services Manager temporär (50-100%) Your tasks Written and telephone exchange with various internal and external offices on behalf of the Claims Manager to support the processing of damage cases (e.g. written request for necessary medical reports, questionnaires or authorizations) Support and further development in other administrative processes in the area of Claims Support Accompaniment and introduction of new employees (New Joiners) in the area of Claims & Office Management Execution and ensuring of outgoing physical mail by sorting and handing over (only at the Basel location) Further tasks according to the specifications of the supervisor or department head Your profile We are looking for a person with basic training in the commercial or medical field Confident handling of common information systems (MS Word, Excel) Stylistically correct German, any additional language (F/E/I) is an advantage Independent, precise and efficient working method, combined with personal responsibility and flexibility High customer orientation, reliability and pronounced communication skills Team-oriented and resilient personality who also keeps an overview in a dynamic environment Your future elipsLife offers an inspiring and team-oriented working environment where you can fully develop your skills.
