Jurist/-in - Business Process Manager/-in Finanzverwaltung Jurist/-in - Business Process Manager/-in 80% The Finanzverwaltung organizes the finances of the Canton of Zürich and enables an overall overview. On behalf of the Regierungsrat, it prepares the budget with the financial plan and the accounts of the Canton. It prepares financial decisions of the Regierungsrat, ensures efficient accounting, and provides corresponding services for the entire administration. The Fachstelle Härtefallprogramm implements the Covid-19 Härtefallprogramm of the Canton of Zürich to support companies affected by the measures. This includes the definition and adjustment of the processes and instruments for implementation, subsequent control of requirements and conditions including legal remedy proceedings, loan management including debt collection, as well as reporting. The Fachstelle is responsible for the end-to-end digital application, examination, and payment process implemented for the Härtefallprogramm, which is being used and further expanded within the framework of the digitalization of the administration for a large number of other case processing processes in the Canton of Zürich. Building on the practical experience in the execution of the Härtefallprogramm, the Finanzverwaltung has been commissioned to further develop a uniform practice for application processes and for the allocation and management of state contributions in the Canton of Zürich.
