Project Manager/ Key Account Manager Your activities... Main tasks PROJECT MANAGEMENT (approx. 60%) Overall responsibility: Technical, commercial, and scheduling processing of demanding projects in building automation (MSRL / building control technology). Project management: Leading the project team (engineering, software, assembly) as well as coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. Quality and cost control: Monitoring project progress, budget responsibility, claim management and ensuring quality standards. Commissioning and handover: Accompanying system tests and official handover of the systems to the customer. Main tasks Key Account Management (approx. 40%) Customer care: Strategic and operative support of assigned key customers (e.g. public developers, planners, large investors etc.) Relationship building: Identifying market potentials and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers as well as targeted new customer acquisition. Consulting and conception: Technical consulting of the key accounts in the development of smart, energy-efficient, and future-proof building concepts. Quoting: Creation of technically and commercially sound offers as well as conducting contract negotiations until completion with the assigned key accounts in cooperation with sales. Additional tasks Taking on additional tasks in a position of responsibility or in a working group. Planning of GA- projects and automation solutions. Maintenance of orders in ERP and CRM systems. Assistance in the area of creating templates in the field of automation and / or documentation and work tools. Competencies All competencies in consultation with the department management and the GL that serve to achieve the target specifications. What do you bring with you...
