Your contribution to the team
As a central contact person, you support district leadership, club presidents, Membership Chairs, and club members in member retention, recruitment, and club building, as well as strengthening the club experience in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Liechtenstein.
You accompany and support members at the zone, district, and club levels with innovative ideas, strategies, and resources to advance membership goals, improve the diversity of membership, and found new clubs.
You offer advice and support in member recruitment within the framework of the platform for potential members, events, or projects aimed at contacting potential members.
You are a trusted contact person for volunteer leaders at club, district, and zone levels on matters of governance and building a positive culture.
